Viva Terra in need of Blog Editor
VivaTerra is looking for a Blog Editor:
VivaTerra is starting ecoSalon to bring people real world, practical advice about making their lifestyles greener without sacrificing style. As editor, you’ll be filtering what’s out there in the blogosphere within the worlds of home décor, artisans, clothing, and beauty for our upscale female audience, doing daily postings of the best new content in those categories, generating content with our staff, coordinating with the video production unit and putting it all into our voice.
Skills/ Experience Requirements:
Excellent writing and editing skills
Excellent communication skills with the ability to speak to and from a number of points of view
3+ years of experiences as an editor or writer
Experience writing for or editing publications written for upscale womenNice to have:
Home décor background/interest a plus
Experience managing a web site, an online news service or blog system
Experience scripting for audio visual presentations a plus
Knowledge of HTML and Photoshop a plusYou must enjoy the start up environment, be self-motivated and able to prioritize work with minimal supervision. Some telecommuting OK.
