Primary Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for leading projects to collect, analyze, validate data, build reports, and design and develop SQL Server based ETL programs using physician performance, patient medical record and other clinical data to support client clinical data initiatives. 2. Responsible for database programming using SQL, database support, data extraction, translation, loading, data validation and analysis directly related to clinical and physician performance data. Experience needed working with data from multiple systems and sources. 3. Provide project management support and leadership, and work as a technical member of project teams as assigned. 4. Provide custom data analysis and reports using a variety of report tools, train end-users on reporting tools and report development.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in CS/ECE or computer/data management required.
• Previous work and experience in MS SQL-Server using T-SQL or other database platform such as Oracle and related SQL language required. Must have experience transforming and updating data using any form of SQL.
• Experience using report and database tools as a super-user or IT support staff with Business Objects, Crystal Reports, MS Access or Excel, etc.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Environments; MS Office, Outlook required.
• Database development, SQL programming experience required, and administration skills, backup & recovery, data security, validation and data integrity processes.
