I’m now involved in Real Estate

Aside from my online endeavors, I have also been aspiring to get involved in the lucrative world of real estate. Despite the Martial Law, coup d’ etats and People Power revolutions, Real estate in the Philippines has been a slow and steady development, as in most countries, making it a good long term investment. As more highways are being constructed, more communities will be developed along them.

Real Estate has been my frustration since the time I attempted to get involved with it back in 2004(in Manila–commuting back and forth is exasperating) to the time I applied in Tapang Realty but never heard back from then since.

Just last night, my auntie paid a visit and told me she is an independent broker. She showed me some of her flyers and brochures and I got interested with this residential estate called Clark Manor. Currently in development, this is definitely worth the investment since the rates are still at its lowest. I immediately filled up forms and paid through cheque. This coming Saturday, she’ll be fetching me up and we’ll take a trip to this lots.

On the next post I’ll be updating you about the trip that we had and let you know if it’s really worth investing.
